Service Fees

Fees for custom itinerary planning and consultation are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes research, planning, and itinerary customization.
Flight & Travel Bookings

Refunds for flights, accommodations, or activities are subject to the refund policies of the third-party provider.

SEA Travels does not control airline or supplier refund decisions.
Cancellations

If you cancel before bookings are made, you may be eligible for a partial refund of service fees at our discretion.

If bookings have already been completed, refunds will depend on supplier policies.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding third-party processing times.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed travel due to incomplete documentation or personal circumstances.
