SEA Travels values transparency and fairness regarding refunds.
 

Service Fees

  • Fees for custom itinerary planning and consultation are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • This includes research, planning, and itinerary customization.
     

Flight & Travel Bookings

  • Refunds for flights, accommodations, or activities are subject to the refund policies of the third-party provider.

  • SEA Travels does not control airline or supplier refund decisions.
     

Cancellations

  • If you cancel before bookings are made, you may be eligible for a partial refund of service fees at our discretion.

  • If bookings have already been completed, refunds will depend on supplier policies.
     

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding third-party processing times.
 

No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed travel due to incomplete documentation or personal circumstances.
